Come check us out in a Free Trial Class!

In this class, we will talk about our program and how we can help you reach your goals. The class will mirror a regular class in its structure so be prepared for workout!

If the scheduled classes do not work for your schedule, please send us a note on the contact form and we will work on getting you into a class.


Step 2

Register for the Eight Class Essentials Series!

This membership includes 4-6 class Essentials series which introduces new athletes to Strength and Conditioning Training and then 2-4 regular classes of your choice, including Yoga and Strength Bias.  The number of essentials classes required will depend on member comfort and experience with executing standard movements that we use in regular classes.  The balance of classes in this intro series may be used in regular classes. Successful completion of  essentials sessions is required before athletes can enroll in our regular classes.


Step 3

Congratulations, you have completed Essentials and can now purchase your membership. Any class on the schedule is open to you now.

Please remember to reserve your place in class as we cap the classes at 8 athletes, and be on time because we start on time and get you out in an hour or less!
