Allison Raines has been a personal trainer since 2011. After the end of her dance career in New York, Allison was teaching ballet and found she loved helping others become comfortable in their bodies and feel strong, so she decided to pursue personal training. Since then, she has found that she loves working with everyone from seasoned athlete, to new mom or older adult. She enjoys working with people to make a fit and healthy lifestyle work for them and absolutely loves challenging people to do things they didn’t think they could accomplish.
Allison holds her Personal Trainer certification from NASM and is a Level-1 Crossfit Trainer. She is also certified in TRX and Kettlebells.
Allison has enjoyed a wide variety of athletic endeavors from dancing (mostly ballet and contemporary) and distance trail running to yoga and Crossfit. She has completed many marathons, half marathons and a 50k.
Allison loves to run, workout and lift with her friends, practice cartwheels, and spend time with her dog, Milo.
