Essentials is our four class series that all athletes new to Sound Strength and Conditioning must complete. The emphasis of Essentials is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements.
Strength & Conditioning
The Sound Strength and Condtitioning curriculum focuses on functional fitness that incorporates everyday movements with different load capacities and time requirements.
Strength and Conditioning Light
This class features the same structure as our regular workouts but is less demanding. This class is great for an athlete who is new to strength and conditioning work and wants to transition into the regular classes.
Yoga at Sound Strength and Conditioning is the only program in the area specifically targeted at those following a strength and conditioning workout regimen.
Olympic Weight Lifting
In this class, we will work on technique of the Clean, Jerk and Snatch. We will break the lifts down into their components, work on improving form to get strength gains
