Essentials is our six class series that all athletes new to Sound Strength & Conditioning must complete. The emphasis of Essentials is on skill development and exposure to our basic movements. We will introduce you to technique and mechanics first, then intensity. You may sign up for any six of the essentials classes and we will make sure that all the core movements are covered during your classes.
Once the six classes are complete, you have completed your orientation to Sound Strength and Conditioning and may move onto any regular class. Two regular classes are included with your essentials membership.
