About Strength and Conditioning Light

This class features the same structure that our regular workouts do but will be less demanding. This class is great for an athlete who is new to Strength & Conditioning and wants to transition into the regular classes or for an athlete who wants to move but needs an active recovery day.  Class structure follows that of regular Strength and Conditioning. Maximum number of participants is 8.
