Jess finds inspiration in movement- both personally and professionally. With over 14 years of experience in various realms of the health and wellness industry, the movement has been a huge part of Jess’ life. She has been lucky enough to work with students from all walks of life and ability in traditional globo gyms, collegiate athletic strength and conditioning facilities, yoga studios, corporate wellness programs, and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation hospital fitness centers. She believes in movement in all forms- indoor, outdoor, moving fast, moving slow, weight lifting, yoga, sports, running- and that fitness is best used as a tool to help you live your best life possible. Jess lays down a solid foundation for students in a clear, approachable way and allows for an environment of humor and fun, while also being equal parts challenging, educational, and grounded.

Jess’ current personal and professional goals include knixing her knee pain (drat!), stabilize her ankles, get back to a 200 lb squat, be able to do 20 strict pull-ups in a row, and complete her Yoga RYT-500 hour while simultaneously traveling the world as a beach bum. One can dream, right?
